How do I install the Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) applications (apps) on my personal computer?

Notes:

The Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) is available for the current Faculty and Staff of the college.

Step 1:

• Access your Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) account by signing in at creativecloud.adobe.com/apps

Step 2:

• At the sign in page, type in your Bates email address
• Click on the Continue button

Note: Do not utilize the sign in options to continue with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

Step 3:

• At the Select an account prompt, click on Company or School Account

Step 4:

You will now be redirected to the Bates College Federated Authentication Service page and the Duo Multi-Factor Authentication Prompt.

• Type in your Bates Credentials (Username & Password)
• Click on the Login button
• Authenticate with Duo Multi-Factor Authentication

Step 5:

• Once you have signed in to your Adobe CC account, you will be presented with the Adobe applications you may install
• In order to install an Adobe CC application, click on the Install button and follow the installation prompts

Some Adobe CC applications are available -

• To Download and Install
• Accessible from your Mobile Device
• Accessed from your Web Browser
