Notes:
When printing a PDF document to the PaperCat Print System using Adobe Acrobat on a Mac, your document may take longer than expected to print or maybe delayed showing up in the PaperCat release system. Below are the steps on how to fix this.
Step 1:
Open a PDF you would like to print with Adobe Acrobat.
Step 2:
Click on the Print icon in the top left corner.
Step 3:
Click on the Advanced button, located at the top of the Print window.
Step 4:
Select Custom from the drop-down menu next to Settings.
Step 5:
Place a checkmark in the checkbox to the left of the Print As Image option.
Click on the OK button.
Step 6:
Click on the Advanced button.
Step 7:
Click on the Save As button.
Step 8:
Provide a name for your new custom print settings.
Click on the OK button.
Step 9:
Click on the OK button on the Advanced Print Setup window.
Step 10:
Click the Print button from the Print window to print your document.
