Changing Your Security Question in the Garnet Gateway

Access the Garnet Gateway login web page and sign in with your Bates username and password.

  • Once you have successfully signed into the Garnet Gateway, follow the next steps to change or update your Security Question.
    • Click on the Account & Access header.
    • Under the Security section, click on Garnet Gateway.
    • Click on the Change Security Question button.
    • Enter your Garnet Gateway PINselect a Question from the drop-down list, and provide your Answer.
