If you suspect your password may have been compromised, please change it immediately or visit the IT Service Desk
Step 1:
- Visit https://login.bates.edu.
- At the Bates Single Sign-On (SSO) Login prompt, type in your Bates Username.
- Click on the Go button.
Step 2:
- Click on the Forgot Password link.
Step 3:
- A text message with a six-digit code will be sent to you.
- Enter the code sent to you.
- Click on the Go button.
Step 4:
- Create your New Bates Network Password.
- Review the Password Requirements.
- Once you have typed in your New Password and Confirmed it, click on the Go button to reset your Bates Network Password.
