Body
Google Chrome (Microsoft Windows/macOS)
Step 1:
Launch Google Chrome.
Step 2:
At the top-right of the Google Chrome browser window, click on the More button (represented by three vertical dots).
Step 3:
From the More drop-down menu, click on More Tools.
Step 4:
From the submenu, click on Clear Browsing Data...
Step 5:
From the Clear browsing data window
- Click on the Time range drop-down menu (located at the top of the window)
- Select All time
- Place a checkmark in the checkbox located next to Cached images and files
- Place a checkmark in the checkbox located next to Browsing history
- Place a checkmark in the checkbox located next to Cookies and other site data
- Click on the Clear data button
Mozilla Firefox (Microsoft Windows/macOS)
Step 1:
Launch Mozilla Firefox.
Step 2:
At the top-right of the Mozilla Firefox browser window, click on the Settings menu.
Step 3:
Click on History from the drop-down menu.
Step 4:
Click on the Clear recent history... option.
Step 5:
In the Clear All History section:
- Click on the Time range to clear: drop-down menu and select Everything.
- Place a checkmark in the checkbox located next to Browsing & download history.
- Place a checkmark in the checkbox located next to Cache.
- Click on the OK button.
Microsoft Internet Explorer (Microsoft Windows)
Step 1:
Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Step 2:
At the top-right of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser window, click on the Settings gear.
Step 3:
From the drop-down menu, click on Safety
Step 4:
From the submenu, click on Delete browsing history...
Step 5:
From the Delete Browsing History window, place a checkmark in the checkbox next to Temporary Internet files and website files.
Click on the Delete button.
Safari (macOS)
Step 1:
Launch Safari for the Mac.
Step 2:
Click on History from the Safari menu.
From the drop-down menu, click on Clear History...
Step 3:
From the Clear drop-down menu, click on all history.
Click on the Clear History button.
