Connecting to Bates Secure After Updating to Windows 11
After updating to Windows 11, some computers will not connect to Bates Secure. You may see a message like "Can't Connect to this network"
To resolve this problem you need to "forget" the Bates Secure network, and reconnect.
- Go to your taskbar and click on the picture of the globe with a stop sign through it.

- Click on the Right pointing arrow next to the WiFI Signal

- On the list that pops up, right click on BatesSecure and choose Forget

- Select Bates Secure from the list of available networks, and click Connect

- Enter your username and password
- Accept the warning about the certifciate
