The following steps are for a student to perform a password reset for a Garnet Gateway Proxy Access account.

- Under the Account & Access menu in the third column.
- Look under Make changes and click on Give Others Access (proxy).
Step 3:
- Click the edit under the person you want to change the password.
Step 4:
- If you want to stop the proxy’s access, change the Stop Date to today. Remember to scroll down and click on the Submit button at the end of the page.
Step 5:
- If you want to add or remove pages, scroll down on the page to the Authorizations and click or unclick the access you wish to modify. Remember to hit the Submit button at the end of the page.
Step 6:
- Your proxy will receive two emails. One with a link to start the password reset process, and the other email will have an authorization code. They will need to follow the instructions in their email.
