Sign In or Sign Out of a Zoom Call Queue (Mobile Device)

Body

Note: These instructions are for using a Mobile Device.

A Zoom Call Queue allows incoming calls to be routed to a designated group of individuals. As an individual who has access to a call queue, they will be part of a team that shares the responsibility for answering incoming calls. When someone calls a phone number associated with a call queue, the call queue automatically routes the call to available group members. If you're logged into the queue, you might be the next person to receive the call! While you may not be able to manage the queue settings, you can sign in or out of queues at any time.
