Note: In order to sign in, you will need a Bates Adobe Sign account. If you do not have one, please request one from the IT Service Desk.
Note: Adobe Sign is a cloud-hosted application that can be accessed from your preferred web browser. Below are specific steps for accessing your Bates Adobe Sign Account.
Step 1:
Access Adobe Sign by navigating your web browser to https://www.bates.edu/AdobeSign.
Step 2:
- Login using your full Bates email address.
- Click on the Continue button.

Step 3:
Click on the Company or School Account option.

Step 4:
Continue with the Bates sign-in and Duo Authentication process.

Step 5:
Once you have successfully signed in, you will be presented with the Adobe Sign Dashboard/Homepage.
If your Adobe Sign Dashboard/Homepage does not look like the one below, please submit a new IT Service Desk Request.
