Configuring Duo for the first time

Step 1:

• Access your Bates Duo Multi-Factor Authentication account.
  • Access your Bates email for the Bates Duo Multi-Factor Authentication login window to appear.
  • Login with your username and password

Step 2: 

• Click Start Setup when the screen below appears

Step 2: 

• Choose Mobile Phone (if you do not have a mobile phone, please contact the helpdesk

Step 3: 

• Continue to follow the setup steps.
