In order to print from your Bates' owned Macintosh computer to Papercat printers with unique finishing options (Staple, 11x17, etc) you need to specify a different driver. We have added this driver into the Mac Self Service.
1. On your Mac open the Self Service application and log in with your credentials.
2. Navigate to Browse - > Printers and choose PaperCat Staple
3. When printing if you choose the newly installed printer you will have the extended finishing options.
4. You can choose to set this printer as your default printer and you will no longer need to choose it all the time.
