Graduating seniors should back up their Bates Google Workspace data before access ends on June 2, 2025. Use “Download your data” or VaultMe to transfer files to a personal account. Update your email on key platforms, notify contacts, and set up forwarding and auto-replies before your account is deleted. Save any files from Bates servers and remove PaperCat printers.

To restore deleted files or folders, you must use a Windows computer and be on campus or connected via VPN. Navigate to the network folder, access Previous Versions via Properties, and locate the needed backup. To restore a folder, select it and click Restore. To recover a single file, open the folder, select the file, and drag it to its original location. Your files will be successfully recovered.
