Garnet Gateway PIN Reset


You are able to reset your own Garnet Gateway PIN if you remember the answer to your security question. If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, you may use this form to request your PIN be reset. 


When requesting a PIN reset please provide us with your affiliation to Bates (student, parent, alumni, etc) and your Bates ID number.
