Email and Network Password Reset

Overview

Your email and network password are the same password. If you want to change it you can do so at login.bates.edu - this is the only place you can change this password.

If you have forgotten your password, submit this form and we will be in touch to help you reset it.

Options

When requesting a password reset, please provide us with your Bates username and a number to which we can send a text message.

Service Request

To request this service, please click Request Password Reset on the top right of this screen.

Service Delivery

After verifying your identity, IT staff will contact you within 1 business days with a temporary password.
