Adding a participant to your Lyceum course

Instructors have the ability to add a new participant to their Lyceum Course that is not populated automatically. This can be another faculty member, an academic administrative assistant (AAA), a teaching assistant (TA), a grader, or someone who is auditing the course.

The following steps will help explain how:

Step 1:

Go to your desired course in Lyceum.

Click on 'Participants' from the navigation bar to the left of the page.


Step 2:

Click on 'Enroll users' on the right side of the page.

Note: This option will be at both the top and bottom of your participation list.


Step 3:

Type in the name of the individual you are adding to your course in the 'Select users'  box and then select their name from the drop-down list.

Select the role you would like to give this participant (AAA for example) from the 'Assign role' drop-down box.

Click on the 'Enroll users' button on the lower right to add.
