When attempting to access a Google Workspace Form, you receive a You need permission error. This error is caused when the Google Workspace Form you are attempting to access is configured to automatically collect email addresses from respondents and is configured to only be accessible by individuals who have a Bates Gmail account.
Step 1:
- Sign out of your Bates Gmail account.
- You must completely sign out of your Bates Gmail account. Closing the web browser tab or window will not properly sign you out.
Step 2:
- Sign out of your Personal Gmail account.
- You must completely sign out of your Personal Gmail account. Closing the web browser tab or window will not properly sign you out.
Step 3:
Sign in to your Bates Gmail account.
Step 4:
Access the Google Workspace Form you were previously attempting to access.
