How do I Sign In to my Zoom Account?

When joining a Bates Zoom Meeting or Bates Zoom Webinar, the Zoom Host may require you to sign in/authenticate to your Zoom account to join the Zoom Meeting or Zoom Webinar.

Step 1:

  • Launch the Zoom Client for Meetings.
    • If you do not have the Zoom Client for Meetings installed on your computer, you may download it from the Bates Zoom Web Download Center.

Step 2: ‚Äč

  • Click on the Sign In button.

Step 3:

  • Click on the SSO Option to sign in.
    • DO NOT use any of the other sign in methods.

Step 4:

  • Type in your Bates Username and Password at the Federated Authentication Service prompt.
    • Click on the Login button.
  • Acknowledge the Duo Prompt.

Step 5:

Test your Zoom Client for Meetings by joining a Test Meeting.

You are now ready to join your Zoom Meeting or Zoom Webinar!
