Over time, we've received valuable feedback from many of you, highlighting that the current format overwhelms you with excessive information, making it challenging to extract the necessary details.
To address this, we're streamlining the format by reducing unnecessary formatting and text. The goal is to make the IT Service Desk emails resemble regular correspondence from a colleague, ensuring a smoother experience for everyone involved.
We understand that change can sometimes raise concerns, and we want to assure you that your security remains our top priority. The new format might initially trigger suspicion, as it closely resembles regular emails. As a precaution and for your reference, we've included a sample of the email format format below.
Additionally, we want to emphasize that the IT Service Desk will never request your password via email. If you receive any such requests, please treat them with caution and report them immediately.
