Dear Adobe Sign Users,
I hope this email finds you all doing well!
I want to give you a heads-up about an upcoming change I received from Adobe Sign. Starting in the last week of June 2025, users, senders, signers, approvers, viewers, and other supported roles who are located in mainland China will no longer be able to access Adobe Sign.
Who will be affected?
If you or your signers, approvers, or viewers attempt to access Adobe Sign from mainland China, you will see an "Access Denied" message and will be unable to use the service. However, if you or your signers, approvers, or viewers are located outside mainland China, they will not be impacted.
What should you do?
If you know anyone who might be affected, it’s a good idea to let them know about this change so they can plan accordingly.
What about my documents?
Your documents and data will remain secure and accessible to you from all locations outside mainland China.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me or the IT Service Desk.
