Hardware Problem

Overview

ILS provides service for hardware problems with college owned computers. This includes broken equipment, cracked screens, hard drive problem and any other hardware issue.

Service Delivery

The help desk will respond to this request within one business day. The time of the repair depends on a number of issues, including whether the computer is under warranty.
