Finding and Contacting the IT Service Desk
The Bates College IT Service Desk is located on the Main Level of the George and Helen Ladd Library (Ladd). Once you enter the building, you will see the Research Desk located directly in front of you. Once you are at the Research Desk, turn right, and you will see the signs for the IT Service Desk.
