Toner
Toner is sent automatically from OffTech when the toner level in a printer goes below 50%. You should not need to order toner. Additionally, because toner is shipped at the 50% mark you will not always have a spare toner.
Waste Toner
A waste toner cartridge is needed for all printers and MFP's, except for the small B&W (B405, B400, B61) print units. Waste toner is NOT sent automatically. When replacing a waste toner kit, you should fill out the form linked below to request a new waste toner kit be sent to you. You should always have a spare waste toner.
