Connecting to Bates Secure After Updating to Windows 11

After updating to Windows 11, some computers will not connect to Bates Secure. You may see a message like "Can't Connect to this network" 

To resolve this problem you need to "forget" the Bates Secure network, and reconnect. 

1. Go to your taskbar and click on the picture of the globe with a stop sign through it.

2. Click on the Right pointing arrow next to the WiFI Signal 
   1. 
3. On the list that pops up, right click on BatesSecure and choose Forget
   1. 
4. Select Bates Secure from the list of available networks, and click Connect
   1. 
5. Enter your username and password 
6. Accept the warning about the certifciate
